Outplayed woes

I was wanting to recorde gameplay clips in valorant with outplayed, and its... bad

My mouse latecy is normal, but the keyboard lkatency with outplayed runnign is bad. its so high, it sometimes takes a quarter of a second to have a keybaord input cause a movment on screen.

When I close overwolf and outplayed, its fine.

Whats up with that?

 

Also, the clips are choppy (or most of them are, some were fine), and I cant figure it out.

ive had no issues with it other than with outplayed, when ourplayed is not running its fine.

Overwolf as a platform has been plagued with many things over the years and definitely not one people would recommend using.

is there an alternative for outplayed that i could use then?

Shadowplay would be the most obvious that comes to mind, though I don't use it so not sure if it has functionality such as being able to quickly upload to platforms like Overplayed seems to have, however it appears you have an AMD based GPU, so shadowplay would be out of the question.

Ive just been uploading the video file, i didnt want to give it access to my yt

But yeah, i have a rx480 so it wont work

Could always just use OBS to record with as well. But then you would need to manually clip and do some video editing. Not sure how much you do of that now.

Well, I understand how to clip things fine.

The only issue with OBS is that itd take a while to save the video.

I used to record some stuff wiht OBS, but for like an hour of video it would take nearly a half hour to save

I guess I can try that though
