XMP issues

So whenever I enable XMP i get just a black screen and the RAM LED light is lit on my MB.  I would like some help on this to atleast get the most out of my 3200mhz ram.

 

System Build:

MB- MSI B550 Gaming Plus

RAM- 4x8gb Corsair vengeance lpx 3200mhz  default of 2133mhz

CPU- Ryzen 5 3600

GPU- Sapphire Radeon RX 6800 Nitro+

Storage- 2tb hdd, 1tb nvme m.2, 1 tb ssd

5 case fans plus a corsair 120mm AIO

Try running each of the RAM sticks one at a time on XMP.  If all but one of then cause the black screen than that stick is bad.

I had the same issue when i tried it with just two sticks before adding the second set of 2.  That will be some time consuming measure that will have to be done at later date as we have some family stuff going on today with my stepson getting back from military training.
