Thunderbolt 3 audio interface connection issue

Hello guys, i have some connection issue with my new motherboard B550 ProArt with my audio interface UA Apollo Twin X. The motherboard specification mentioned it support Thunderbolt 4, but my cable is Thunderbolt 3 which i suppose it will work. I have updated my Thunderbolt software, indeed it detect the audio interface within the thunderbolt control software, but no pop up sound, no indication about being connected to the computer as and audio interface... Can anyone help me out???
