Audio Passthough?

My pc has a line in port and this lets me use my iPhone for music as well as let me hear in game audio with the speaker setup I have hooked up to it. There are three ports on the back, a line in, mic in, and audio out. I was wondering if it's possible to have the line in and audio out working when the pc is off. This would help me as i could listen to my music on my phone without turning on the pc which is louder.

you can't pass through audio with the computer off.

 

but you can just plug the speakers into the phone.

Will work for electronic components and parts
