Huawei Y19 Slowing

My mother use Huawei Y19 and it is slowing down. if I factory Reset the Phone will it help the phone or it will be waste of time ??
The age of the mobile is 1 year

What kind of slowing down do you mean exactly? There are multiple causes that could slow down a phone. Also when does it happen exactly? Could you please give a more detailed description of your issue?

Well when my mother try to open messenger or Google app or try to play bubble shooter it suddenly start lagging and hanging . It also crash some time

factory reset might help for some time.
