Solved: I figured out location services was messed up and set my location to a wacky time zone after I updated the PC this afternoon. So the issue was with my PC.

The timestamp displays normally on my end, so this is very likely a local issue. Did you recently change your computers clock? If so that could be why. If you refresh the page does it still show 7 hours ago?

No, it's not showing anymore. 

 

I didn't change my system time, but daylight savings was the day before yesterday
