New Keycaps Feel Weird

Hi, I recently bought a new keycap set and found that the the keycaps feel and sound weird, especially on the larger keys. The keycaps aren't able to bottom out and they also produce a high pitch clicky sound. May I know why this is happening and what can I do to solve this problem?
