Trying to reset pc

I want to try windows 11 on my old pc first before getting it on my main, the pc im trying to reset for a clean wipe because the windows install is crrupted and wanna try windows 11 but i cant install any updates because its corrupted but when i try to reset pc in settings it ends up saying it cant and brings be back to desktop

Main:

  • CPU
    10700k 5ghz All core 47 ring ratio 1.275v
  • Motherboard
    MSI Z590 A Pro
  • RAM
    4x8 viper steel samsung bdie: 4200-17-17-30
  • GPU
    Gigabyte RTX 3080 Gaming Oc
  • Case
    O11 air mini
  • Storage
    970 Evo Plus 500gb OS, Sn550 1tb, 860 evo 500gb, 2tb MX500
  • PSU
    RM750x (2018)
  • Display(s)
    Acer Nitro vg272up, Kogan 24 1080 120hz
  • Cooling
    arctic 280aio, EK M.2 NVMe Heatsink on 970 evo plus
     
    Second: 
    Cpu: i5-8400
    Cooling: ID-Cooling Frostflow 120x
    Ram: 2x8gb 2666 c16 hyperx fury, tuned the absolute balls out of it but def not stehble.
    Mobo: Asus Prime H310M-K
    Gpu: Igpu
    Case: Coolermaster MB311L

And doing a clean install of windows 11 is out of the question because?

i cant format the drive or reset it?

You can just select "upgrade" when installing?

if upgrade doesnt work...

 

can you go to custom install

 

then try deleting partitions? ( format is different to deletion )

 

refresh

 

then click new then install?

current main system: as of 1st Jan 2023

motherboard : Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

ram : 16Gig Corsair Vengeance 3600mhz

OS :multi-boot

Video Card : RX 550 4 GIG

Monitor: BENQ 21 inch

Sorry i took so long to reply but i fixed by following cretsiah by booting from usb and formatting from there and windows 11 works great on the old pc
