I run a 3080 and use MS Edge for most browsing on the internet. Before I upgraded to the 3080 from the 1050 ti, I noticed Edge will sometimes flicker the screen black for a moment and then go back to normal. I found a solution to this issue, but it introduces another issue. So I found turning off Hardware Acceleration for MS Edge fixes the flickering, but introduces screen tearing when scrolling. How do I fix this without having either issue? I'd appreciate any solutions to this.
