Any suggestions for some real tools for fixing and diagnosing computer issues. I have a nice precision screwdriver sets, multimeter, bootable usbs, tons of software. But  I'm looking for some further tools that could help me in fixing my or others computers when needed. Any suggestions?

Gigabyte z590 Vision D, Intel i9 10900k, Ripjaws 64gb 3200mhz ddr4, 2x 1tb WD Black SN850 m.2 nvme, 1000 watt seasonic PSU

Most important ones probably: Spare known good components, PSU tester, BIOS flashing tool. If you have to remount heatsinks often while diagnosing, I recommend looking into reusable thermal pads so you don't have to apply and clean thermal paste constantly.

If you want to go further: freeze spray (if you think you have a short, to see what gets hot), microscope, soldering station

Anytime I go to troubleshoot something for someone else, I bring what I've affectionately named my "spare parts PC." It's my VR rig that is loosely held together, so if I need to eliminate something from their computer, I can quick take out that component and put in one of my own with very little effort or vice versa (for reference, that PC was built for $400 with top-of-the-line components from 2015, so ASRock Z170 OC Formula, 6600k, 980Ti K|NGP|N, 1000w PSU, etc., all in a P400 with no panels on it whatsoever).

Outside of that, a motherboard buzzer is a very good investment. There are still a ton of boards out in the wild that have no EZ Debug LEDs or POST code readouts, so you would have no idea why it wasn't POSTing. Almost every motherboard I've seen without those has had a header for a buzzer, and finding beep codes for the motherboard can usually be more informative about why it won't post that those EZ Debug LEDs.
