Capture cards for playing Switch through my PC?

Wasn't really sure how to word the title.

Basically what I would like to do is be able to plug a HDMI from my Switch into my pc (which would require a capture card), and be able to play the game inside of a window on my pc. I know I could just plug the HDMI into the back of my monitor, but I'd rather not have to go back and forth with changing inputs, also I'd like to be able to alt+tab out and check up on other things while I still have the game going.

I have absolutely no clue when it comes to capture cards and what to look for as far as brands go and which specific ones that would work. I would prefer one that uses PCI slots instead of a USB one. Would also prefer this to be fairly inexpensive and less than $100.

I don't need anything fancy, since I'm not going to stream or make videos or whatever, I just want to be able to play my Switch games through my PC.

As for internal capture cards, For a Nintendo switch best would be like the Elgato HD60 Pro or Avermedia Live Gamer HD.

From what I can see the first one is just a pre-owned product, it being cheaper than the other, but the description is outdated and says Xbox, Playstation, and Wii U. Not sure if they are the same product, or if it's some BS where they're different products but they decided to use the exact same name.

They are, the first though as you noted is pre-owned. Just bad product description.
