Have connectivity problems with programs

I have connectivity problems with a lot of programs (Konami,Valorant,Ubisoft connect,) dont know what causes this problem.I cannot connect to online services on valorant, ubisoft and Konami.when i try to connect it says that there is no internet connection and then nothing happens.Today i will contact to my ISP  and i think they will fix this but is there any possible way that my PC is the problem to this?

Sounds like an DNS problem, you could try typing into the CMD "ipconfig /all" and see if the DNS is going to your modem/IPS-provider or a public DNS.
