No, that all depends on the network you use. Ethereum? You'll pay gas fees. Nano? Free, because Nano doesn't have fees.

That's the Binance Smart Chain. It all depends on where you want to send it to. I'm not too familiar with cross-chain transfers.

 

We might be able to help better if you could tell us what you are trying to do. Are you trying to withdraw from Binance for example?
