Hey, so recently my laptop stopped booting.... at all
So, my computer kept bootlooping "Automatic Repair" to "Diagnosing your PC" then "Repairing drive errors. This may take up to an hour" then reboot and it does the same shenanigans' as before. Side note: I am trying not to reset/reinstall the OS (even though windows 11 might be fun)

I decided to disable the automatic startup recovery thing using `/bcdedit /set {default} recoveryenabled no` in the command prompt (in recovery options), and upon boot I was met with a stop code that read `0xc00007b`, with some quick googling I downloaded the Microsoft Defender Offline Scan (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/help-protect-my-pc-with-microsoft-defender-offline-9306d528-64bf-4668-5b80-ff533f183d6c <= on the very bottom 64 bit). And put it on my USB. But booting from it, I got a small viewport but it did show me some info that read:
File: \EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD
Status: 0x000000d
Info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data

So is my MBR messed up? Or do I need to reset the config somehow?

Should I also get a boot log? (I can enable it but idk where it stores it)

Edit: Some more info
PC Model: HP Ency Laptop 13-adlxx
PC Age: Somewhere between late 2017 and early 2018
PC OS: Same since it came (never reinstalled)

How would I go about recovering the files on the laptop, the internal drive is soldered on, the only fastest way I thought of (with the stuff I have now) is to just use the cmd to see if I can get explorer to work, or in worst case, just use cmd to manually move over folders to the USB. I had a SATA to USB adapter somewhere so if I find it ima boot off of it.
