AIO USB cables

Hi, I have a 120 mm Asus RGB (not screen) AIO on a 10700k and, in the orientation that the cooler is mounted (due to the case and radiator mounting restrictions) I have been unable to plug in the USB cable to get the RGB running, does anyone know where I can get a 90° USB micro b to internal USB 2 cable that will fit this AIO?
