Budget (including currency): $1500AUD

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I play video games such as Subnautica, Minecraft, Eve Online. I also make music, Stream (A lot) and make videos

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have been putting together this pc for the past few months and I want to check that it is okay and that I don’t need anything else to build it. I will play at 1920x1080 resolution and I have a 60Hz refresh rate monitor. I do not need peripherals in this budget. Just the tower.

Personally.. I'd not try building a PC at the moment considering what you're paying for a 1650. Used market also sucks, since you don't know what you're getting exactly.

The only problem with that build is that the motherboard doesn’t have wifi which is something I need for streaming, gaming and basically anything you use a computer for

You're buying the retail box version of the CPU, so according to that website it comes with CPU cooler and stuff. But I can't find an OEM version of your selected CPU. I did that once without knowing and it pissed me off a little bit 😛

500GB boot drive could be a bit tight. A larger SSD usually has a better price/GB ratio, but if 500GB is enough for you, don't worry.

The mainboard is an M-ATX, so that's smaller-than-usual mainboard in a case that supports larger-than-usual E-ATX. Not sure if that's intended?

Case is great, but in general you could save some money if you ditch the RGB-stuff and get better components elsewhere, but I do see why people love that stuff 😛

You got an 1-to-5 PWM splitter, but the fans of the case are 3-pin, but I honestly don't know if it would work anyway.

650W is probably overkill for this build. But it's always the question about being able to to upgrade CPU or graphics card in the future, or reusing the PSU for the next build, if there isn't a new standard and if 650W are even enough in the future.
