Windows 11 not closing automatically

I know Windows 11 is still in it's early phase, but this only seems to happen to me.

Whenever Windows tries to close a window automatically, like a file transfer one, it freezes and remains on top of all apps. I have to restart every time I transfer a big file to make it go away. Using CTRL + Alt + Delete to refresh Windows itself doesn't work.

Since when did they include the mac style buttons? Is that a separate overlay or option? Maybe it's just that which is causing the programs' windows to crash

It's a custom theme, and it appears that that was the issue all along. Your comment which was totally off-topic somehow fixed my problem, amazing.
