Code 43 on graphic card

i was playing a game and it crashed ,after that i rest my pc and my windows stuck on 800x600 and 
 windows cannot recognize my graphic card driver (its showing me code 43 in device manager)
my windows and graphic driver is up to date
i tried to re install driver by using DDU 
it dosent change anything
i tried to clean card from dust and check power cable
sorry for my eng btw ;d

If nothing works the last resort fix you can do is reset windows and completely rest your computer if this doesn't fix it your gpu is probably broke.

What model of gtx 950 do you have could you also take a photo of the gpu?

If you have nothing important on your computer I would honestly rest your computer it will save you the most time finding the issue.

If you have another PCIe slot, move the card over to that and see what happens

Reset this pc from windows yes it reinstalls windows but takes away any files that may cause the issue that you are having.

Chances are the card died.

There are two options, well three really

 

(1) Wipe Windows and start fresh. That's a pain as you have to re-install all your stuff

(2) Buy a new card outright (expensive)

(3) Use a Linux Live Distro to check your hardware. Only good if you want to play with Linux, or already know some about it. Linux is very intolerant of bad hardware. If the card works under Linux, then Windows is borked. If it doesnt, then the card is bad.
