WHAT TEMP IS SATISFACTORY?

Have been running my system as it is for several months now and thought there were no issues at all. Lian Li Lancool II RGB case, Asrock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard, Ryzen 9 5950X CPU and a Gigabyte RGB Aorus 240 AIO cooler...

 

Just starting to get warmer down here in Australia [outside today was 32°C] but working inside using my PC [and nothing more than reading emails and browsing webpages] and I noticed on my AIO that the temp was bouncing around between 68°C to 71°C and to me that does seem a trifle warm. Just looking at the dial now  = 69°C so I checked the temp on my RTX 3080 and it is showing as about 42°C on the GPU and Hot Spot reading of 50.5° with a Memory temp of 46.0°C.

 

Hoping for some comments about these temps from others with more knowledge that I have with regard to normal/safe temps...

 

Outside temp at the moment feels like about 28° at 7.50pm in the Evening...

Temps are fine. Ryzen isn't even in danger of thermal throttling until 95C. If the ambient temperature fluctuates that much, you'd have much more pressing issues than how hot your CPU is.
