Bios flash

Hello im about to trade my ryzen 3 3200g to ryzen 5 2600.


My question is that Is it ok to flash my bios for ryzen 5 2600 with ryzen 3 3200g and still use the r3 3200g afterwards cuz im getting the r5 2600 on nov 2 and im trading my cpu for it and i just want my motherboard to be ready for it since i dont have extra cpu i can use for flashing.
