pop os

i am right now using ubuntu 20.04 and thinking about moving to pop os! is that a good idea and also something that i am most querious about is that if pop os has synaptic package manager built in????

Pop_OS! is basically Ubuntu but without all of the weirdness Ubuntu has done recently. It's probably a better distro, more up to date stuff and everything, but it's going to be very similar under the hood. And no, it doesn't have the synaptic package manager out of the box, but it uses their own "Pop Shop". That said, you can install the Synaptic package manager if you prefer.

Yes, and snap is installed by default. Same with Flatpak, though you might need to add Flathub (I forget if that comes pre setup).
