Different fan connectors?

Hello, 

I was wondering if there are different fan connectors on a motherboard. I have a gigabyte A50201 and I have no problem connecting fans to SYS_FAN 1, but SYS_FAN 2 seems to be a smaller connector and also on the manual the drawing seems to be different. Is there any difference between both? Do I need an adaptor?
