Graphics card not working properly

So after I built my custom water loop and put everything together, it worked fine. Now suddenly the GPU won’t turn on every once in a while. Like it worked fine last night, but today it won’t work again. All that shows up on the screen is a tiny white line in the top left corner. I have tried to switch cables, and that fixed it for that instance. But now I don’t know what to do.
