Rx570 Windows 10 driver install issue.

HesCalledTheStig

I’m trying to install drivers for my RX 570 on a fresh windows 10 install and I get the error shown in the photo.  I click the more info button and follow the instructions, shown in the second photo, and it still does the same thing. Meanwhile, my GPU is showing a a basic display adapter on the hardware manager. Any ideas how to fix this?

No. I haven’t tried that yet. I just followed the instructions provided. I’ll try DDU now and then try reinstalling.

Ran DDU and then tried reinstalling the GPU drivers and I’m still getting the same error. Anything else I can try?

That's ancient for Windows 10. IIRC version 1607 was from 2016 or so. You'll definitely want to run a much, much newer version of Windows 10. You should be able to update your existing install, but if you haven't set everything up yet then it might be quicker to just do a proper, clean installation of a current version of Windows 10.

I have it running updates right now. I never thought to make sure it was up to date. I was more concerned at getting my pc up and running for work on Monday.
