I recently got a free upgrade from Virgin Media to get the Virgin Media Hub 4.0 as we had just bought a new hub a few weeks before it released. Unfortunately I have an issue where the ethernet keeps cutting off for short bursts. My mum (who is also on ethernet taking work calls) never experiences this. I am using a Virgin Media Booster to get the ethernet upstairs. Any ideas on what could be causing the issue? It almost feels like someone is stressing my IP but it only affects me so that isnt the case I don't believe.
