PC shutdown

Hey I was just playing War Thunder on my PC and it just turned off. There was no warning it just went dark and then my monitor said there was no signal and it also turned off. I tried turning it back on but the front panel on switch did nothing I tried to turn it on via the back of the power supple switch (what i did while first booting up the pc, before it was in the case) and then nothing happened I heard a slight pop/click like it usually makes when booting up then nothing more. The last time I touched it was a while back when I was trying to do some more cable management. I was fiddling with the wires when I noticed the the 24 pin motherboard connector would not come out. I tried gently then progressively more harder. I tried to wiggle it out, nothing. I tried again to pull, but this time with a lot of force, I'm a big dude, I'm 6'3 200 lb and I couldn't pull out a god damn cable. Any ideas on trouble shooting?

I think your motherboard shorted out

I think you may have broken 24pin. You know it uses clip to tighten, right? Complete shutdowns are usually power related.
