You get a 11900K (K = unlocked = overclockable) and then you get a B560 motherboard which is unable to overclock?

Either get a non K CPU or a Z motherboard.

And you should be aware, only the MS flight sim 2020 and blender will benefit from that many cores.

So if you dont use them much, you can save some money by getting an i7 or even i5.

EDIT: MS Flight Sim 2020 seems to run good with 6 cores too:

Just to explan percentile:

The 11700F is the new generation, so maybe replace the 10700F.

The other things look good.

Is there a reason why you buy 4 extra fans when there are already 4 120mm ARGB fans preinstalled?

And the case with it's mesh top is optimized for watercooling, but it doesn't really matter too much, so it's fine.

I would go either i7 11700F with B560 board or 11700K with Z590 board.

Yes, the case is fine.

If you want some more case recommendations, you can take a look at:
Fractal Design (Torrent, Meshify 2)
Phanteks (P300a, p400a)

Just pick the one you like.

since its made for a water-cooling any i should get

Aircooling is fine. I do it myself.

But since your case has a window, a AIO watercooler for the CPU would give you a better look at the motherboard than a big air cooler 😄
