Overclock cpu speed 8320

I'm currently overclocking my fx-8320 and my cpu speed isn't changing in task manager it is just staying high

my parts list is in my signature+ an evo hyper 212.

 

Furthermore, am I supposed to keep llc enabled or should I disable llc?

That's a preference if you want the power saving options or have it at full clock. To make it easier; you're not going to drive a bmw at M mode when you're parking it. When the cpu is not doing much like when you're browsing its best to have the power saving options enabled so the cpu can clock down since performance is not necessary at all. The clock speed will go up if it's really needed.

No.. You can keep power saving features like speedstep (C1E in bios) things enabled when your system is even OC'ed.

you dont have to disable them, but it might not be as stable if they are enabled at higher clock speeds.. you can have all of them enabled if you want.
