PC no video output

My computer all of a sudden decided to freeze up, and upon restart, the monitor won't get a signal

i already tried to  change the RAM, the Gpu and the Cpu without succes so is my mobo going bad or is it something else?

Does the monitor turn on?

Are all the cables connected properly?

Does the GPU power on?

Have you tried any different cables and/or monitors?

pretty strange sometimes when i reset CMOS it works but when i reboot my pc it's broken again

Try putting the GPU into another slot, if that doesnt work try using a different video port on the GPU
