Pc won't boot with processor

Recently , my pc has started acting strange , pc won't start with processor in the socket but as soon as I remove the processor it would boot with all the RGB lights lighting up and fans spinning, also when I applied a little pressure to the processor it would boot for a sec but then hang in the process. There are no bents in the processor.

RMA your mobo if you still have warranty. Most motherboard have 3 years.
