Generally speaking, your current setup is fine, with the exception of that hard drive. They're far slower than even a cheap NVMe SSD, and their durability makes them practically designed for failure & replacement. Chassis manufacturers have already begun obsoleting 3.5" drive cages, so I'd seriously consider a 2TB SSD for now if you truly anticipate that much output, then stack on more SSD storage in the future if needed. I'd also recommend the P400A Digital over the P300, as you'll get significantly better thermals + more room for additions & upgrades.

Don't get P300, Get P300 mesh.

Don't get Crucial P2, Get P5 instead, It's much better.

You also can have a look at this, It's combo deal for motherboard + GPU, for current market price is good and you'll end up with good Mobo and GPU.
