if you want to do it properly you take the loop apart and clean everything with distilled water and a toothbrush.

if you want to do it the lazy but proper way you get a cleaning kit like mayhems blitz

if you want to be even lazier yeah, just run some distilled water through it and you'll be fine.

A standard D5 pump is easily partially disassembled so u can clean the impeller. If u've been using colored coolants i'd strongly recommend taking out the impeller to give it a proper clean, that colored crud likes to build up in and around the impeller shaft.

Its not a D5. Its an ekwb spc 160 which is a budget version. Tho if anyone can find a tutorial on how to take it apart (written would be fine too) it would be great.

I am alr on that but the pump is kinda more complex than the other stuff. And this one doesnt seem to come apart too easily.

I heard ur standard kitchen vinegar works too? Is that right? Or is it too aggresive for the pump

that pump comes apart when you remove the feet. The feet are actually threaded through the pump and into the pumphousing/reservoir. so if you remove those the whole thing just comes apart.
