i keep getting IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, and the file name is amdpmm.sys ive tried everything, and i get KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

Ryzen 5 3600, Precision boost overdrive

16gb (2x8gb) crucial ballistix, xmp enabled to 3200mhz, was 3777mhz but i got errors on all settings even 2666mhz

500gb nvme (forgot exact name)

nvidia geforce 1060 sc 6gb, not oc

evga 850w powersupply

corsair capellix h100i

corsair 220t rgb.

 

 

Ive reinstalled windows, all drivers, tried deleting the mod software that gives an error code and still the same thing,
