PHDGD Got Error After Installation

I Trying To Install PHDGD On My HD 3000 Laptop And After The Installer Done It Appear An Error But On Device Manager It Say The Driver Is Installed. And After I Restart My Laptop I Still Can't Change My Laptop Brightness Or Other Settings At Battery? It Works Fine Before On Windows 7.

Stupid idea to run w10 on an old computer as it will be insanely slow unless you got an ssd
