SD Card Reader

Does anyone know of a USB C + A SD card reader (micro or not) that has a spring mechanism so that the SD card does not stick out?

 

Some like this https://www.amazon.ca/Satechi-Aluminum-Type-C-Micro-Reader/dp/B01EU2KRI8 but with the spring. Would also prefer a named brand and needs to support the speed of a Lexar 1066x

I've got a micro reader that fits into a USB/micro-USB hub.  Not spring loaded, but doesn't have the card sticking out.  Can't recall the name, but there's plenty like this; micro SD that sits on a small USB plug.

the Micro SD card actually fits parallel to the USB stick, and doesn't stick out at all.  In fact, I have to unplug it from my head unit to take the SD card out.

Do you know if they come separate from the SD card? Don't need another one

I don't think so, but they sell different sizes of micro SD card, so just get the cheapest?
