Is your system time correct?
Certificate errors and thats the first i check if the system clock is on correct time.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

If other SSL certificates are working fine then that cannot be the case.

Google.com.pk is working fine.

OP: There might be some sort of certificate injection either from Google or from your ISP/government. Does this happen on your phone while connected to same network too?

And what's confusing is that this problem comes and goes for some reason, Everything is functional but the next moment google.com gives error, after some time problem disappear but it comes again and the process repeats for only chrome on my Laptop.

This problem may get fixed if i reset chrome, but i haven't tried that yet.
