Pc won't boot and debug led on cpu

It was working fine yesterday but when I got home today it wouldn't boot and the debug led was sat on cpu. I have a 2700x and b450m mortar max

Any help appreciated

shut it down, unplug the cable, cmos reset. try booting it up
