Barrow pump rad???

I was looking at water cooling options for my system

 

NZXT H1

Ryzen 5600x

Nvidia 3070FE

 

I managed to get a new EKWB Quantum 3070FE cooler with back plate for a good price.

 

As the case is small i am limited to what I can fit.

 

I noticed Barrow do a 240mm rad with a built in pump!

anyone have any experience on these?

You can barely fit in a 3 slot GPU in that thing, you definitely gonna have a massive bus of struggle custom watercooling them.

the rad will be mounted external on the rear of the case.  It's been done

Ahh, i see. Honestly dont understand the appease of external radiator but hey, up to you.

 

Anyway, Barrow is pretty average brand of watercooling. Theyll get the job done (sometimes the only one) but if EK/Alphacool got similar unit, get that.

I like to be "special" lol

 

barrow seem to be the only ones who do the "odd" pieces tha would work really well in my case lol

 

They even do a Barrow cpu block with pump -

 

 

Which I am also looking at then would get a standard rad to go with it

this would be a better product than the pump rad, and I've seen folks swap its pump with EK ddc 3.2

 

I'm also guessing single 280mm rad might work for 5600x + 3070, but I'm not sure if it fits inside the H1 

 

external rad + stands + QDC is away I would go if I was already using that H1 case

yeah probably go for the CPU socket/pump combo .  Had to google QDC lol, I like that idea, will have to look to see if i have space.

 

any recommendations on good fitting brands

fittings i went with barrow 16mm compression since i'm using EPDM tubing

for my QDC i went with alphacool eiszapfen, koolance is N/A in my country -_-

I ordered some ssoft tube barrow fittings from aliexpress so hopefully get them soon
