I have been trying to change from legacy to uefi but it comes up with the error:

Cannot install new boot files. Error: 0x000000C1

Please help, i have tried in windows, in recovery mode, i have checked my partitions, i have tried validation and leading it to the right drive to no avail. please any help is appreciated!!!

I thought that was a bios thing not a windows thing.  Perhaps I’m simply behind the curve.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
