AMD External Events Utility Service Issue? (I guess)

I have an issue with this one for many times. I've been tired to get this service enables again forever. Disabled this service causes programs loading longer than I expected, it annoying me. I DDU'ed it few days ago, and reinstalled AMD graphics drivers, it went well, then this morning Windows decided to disabled AMD External Events Utility Service again. Is there a way to forcing service enables? 

My PC spec on my signature and my monitor is ASUS VG275Q with FreeSync enabled.
