There's probably an official solution for this, but the workaround is to use something like CRU to create a custom resolution with 144Hz. You should be able to do it in the AMD driver, but I don't have much experience with AMD cards to know how to do it through there (assuming it is possible)

Thanks for the quick answer, turns out the update aborted itself somehow after the restart, and it wasn't finished 😅 Gotta love updating stuff..

I was about to reccomend that but i guess you were (at the time of writing this) 24 minutes earlier

 

Though i can give some ocing tips, you can oc your monitor with cru, if i recall correctly its just copy paste the default "advanced resolution" then in the hz or frequency you can raise it abit, my dads craptop goes up to 85 but rip colours, 75 itll do comfortably, my samsung cube monitor goes to 79hz but stupid nvidia control panel allows only 16bit colours even though it runs fine on 32bit colours, not sure on the highest hz itll reach but prob around 84hz, maybe ill also use cru for that but maybe later
