RAM speeds doesnt work

Hello i recently build my pc and i cant figure out how to set ram speeds i tried everything and nothing works : Xmp, setting up it manually, combining settings,...       Also with xmp i got 1500mhz and with manually 1400mhz i dont know if it helps but thanks to everyone who will try to help me.       1785389725_Screenshot(87).png.1d524b9e6b24dd824b7240a67c3321e2.png

that's weird, can you post a screen of your bios settings?
what RAM are you using?
