I have a wall led strip but the actual connector is a 4 pin would I be able to use it in my computer case on my mobo header for RGB?

Depends. RGB connectors are not universal. If the strip uses same physical size, and same pinout (12V,G,R,B), then you can use it. If not, then not. If you use wrong pinout, or otherwise try to force it, you will only break X number of things.

4-5 wires are rgb and argb can be 3 wires or 4 wires.
