Graphic Card Hardware error

I have a Asus Mars GTX760 dual Graphic Card in my old PC. One processor works perfectly fine but the second shows that it has a hardware error in Windows Device Manager. I tried everything on the software side so I am pretty sure it is the hardware. Is it possible to solve the problem on my own by disassembling the card or do you think it is a problem with the processor itself? It is just an issue because if I plug in a DVI cable into the third output the card crashes the whole PC to bluescreen with Watchdog Violation. If you know what to do please let me know.
