X570S AORUS MASTER troubles

So I just finally put my PC together and I was able to get it to boot into the BIOS. All I did was turn the XMP Profile on and then saved and restarted. After that I hit F12 to go to Boot Device and chose the USB that I have the windows installer on. After that it tried to boot into the Windows installer and shut off. I turned it back on and it didn't do a full boot before it shut off. I booted again and it tried to run an automatic repair and it shut off again. I keep getting to the Automatic repair and it'll shut off. I tried to clear the CMOS and it still goes to the automatic repair and shuts off. Is there anything besides RMAing it to fix this? That's the last thing I'd want to do.

Update: I have my old Boot Drive in this new build and I was able to boot into windows. I was able to play around for a good 2 minutes before it shut off again. So it might be a problem with a different component, probably the PSU. The PSU I have is the Dark Power Pro 12 1200 W.

Update numero two-o: I changed the PSU out for one that I know works, same problem. Then I changed the RAM out for ones I know that work, same problem. So it might actually be the Motherboard. Build here if you wanna help find the problem: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wK9T8J

Also should mention it isn't trying to repair itself anymore. I can go into the Windows Installer and try installing Windows. Get about 1/3 of the way there and it shuts off.
