GPU HotSpot Temperature 102C ?!?!

I just bought a PowerColor Red Devil AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT and this boi is hitting 102C max on the hot spots, as per Hardware Info (v 7.12). I'm worried because this was with my case opened... a lot of airflow. Look, I ain't a smart man, but I know what hot GPU is. Is this normal with these beast cards? Or did i just get sh*t one? Any advice is appreciated.
