cant get xbox gamebar to show fps.. i get this pop up when trying to register it..

I recently deleted a user account and had it running perfectly i dont know what i messed up. also if i go to file explorer i cant find app data im assuming because i have windows 10 home. but i had it running before any suggestions?

thanks but solved just needed to install windows updates.
