If you just need something for ISO mounting, you should be able to find plenty of them in the synaptic manager.

CDemu is one. FuseISO is another.... there's plenty if you just look for them.

 

If it's for a different feature, just say which one.

Brasero if you want to burn ISOs...

If you want something to mount ISOs in a way that emulates DRM for videogames, probably nothing will do what you want.

 

Otherwise, alternativeto.net is your best friend when it comes to things like this. It's generally advisable to prefer open-source alternatives than ports or clones of proprietary Windows software, because they'll be better integrated and nicer to use.
