My laptop are kinda strange, it cap at 60fps

so, i just bought a new laptop last month Asus g513im with Ryzen 7 4800 and rtx 3060.

i have strange problem where all my game are cap at 60 fps, with g sync off, and fps limiter off, for a time being i can remove this fps limit by updating nvidia driver each time to the same version, but the fps limit will come back again in a few days, can anyone help?
