Hi guys, before this issue my upper case fans (nzxt 340) had this annoying loud noise that would finish after 3 min or after im slapping the case a little from the fan side. after year or two like this my pc wont turn on at all. i checkd the psu and its alright, the motherboard has green ligh when turned into power, cpu is alright, graphic card not sure if could be the issue? what are my options here? not sure how to proceed, cant drive to the store since they are closed because of covid and other one wont accept it..

build the OC outside of its case and see if you can get it to turn on
